With less than twelve hours to go we are gearing up for the midnight launch of StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty in the US. As the clock ticks down there are a few things that can be done to prepare yourself for the gaming nirvana that is encroaching.
With only a few more days until the worldwide launch of StarCraft II, the Activision Blizzard hype machine is in full gear. At this point it is kind of hard to traverse the internet without getting pelted by StarCraft II ads, but since they’re so sharp looking, we don’t mind.
Blizzard has just launched a new site for StarCraft II in preparation for the upcoming launch of the game. The new site is one hell of a looker but is still in beta at the moment with posting disabled for all but beta participants.
With the launch of StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty right around the corner, blizzard has decided to unveil a bit more of the single player component, specifically how Raynor’s base of operations, the Hyperion, plays into it.
The StarCraft II beta is finally back online and will be operational until July 19th, giving players 10 days to get their fix before it comes down for good in preparation for the launch on July 27th.
